We understand that pets are part of the family. Your pets are welcome to join our community at Lake Forest at Swift Creek.

• Lake Forest at Swift Creek welcomes two pets per apartment.
• A non-refundable pet fee of $300 applies for the 1st pet and an additional $100 for the 2nd pet.
• Pet Rent is $25 per month per pet.
• MAX WEIGHT: 35lbs
• NO BREED RESTRICTIONS!
